Return Policy Overview

At AED Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we’re here to help make the process straightforward.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in factory-sealed condition
  • AED units that have been opened, activated, or deployed cannot be returned
  • Accessories (pads, batteries, signage) are eligible if unopened

Important: AED units that have been activated, used in a rescue, or have broken seals cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons. If your AED was used in an emergency, contact us about our post-rescue replacement program.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at info@aedstore.ca or call 1-800-XXX-XXXX to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the RA number on the outside of the package
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in your RA confirmation

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns. AED Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your AED unit for a different model, contact us and we’ll coordinate the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
