Warranty Overview

Every AED unit purchased from AED Store is backed by the full manufacturer warranty. We only sell factory-sealed, genuine products through authorized distribution channels, ensuring your warranty is valid and enforceable.

All warranty claims are handled directly through us. You won’t need to contact the manufacturer separately — our team manages the entire process on your behalf.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. If you have any issues with tracking, contact us at info@aedstore.ca.

Packaging & Handling

All AED units are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging inside a protective outer carton. Every shipment is insured for the full value of the contents. We take extra care to ensure your equipment arrives in perfect, factory-sealed condition.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Canada only
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for AED units (signature required)
  • International shipping is not available at this time
