Products & Pricing

• All products are subject to availability
• Pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may change without notice
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free
• All AED units are Health Canada licensed for use in Canada

Orders & Payment

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed at the time of order placement through our secure payment provider.

Limitation of Liability

AED Store provides life-saving equipment and makes every effort to ensure product quality and accuracy. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. AED units are medical devices — always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and seek professional medical training where appropriate.

Governing Law
