Warranty Overview

Every AED unit purchased from AED Store is backed by the full manufacturer warranty. We only sell factory-sealed, genuine products through authorized distribution channels, ensuring your warranty is valid and enforceable.

All warranty claims are handled directly through us. You won’t need to contact the manufacturer separately — our team manages the entire process on your behalf.

What's Covered

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
  • Normal wear and tear on consumable items (pads, batteries past shelf life)
  • Damage from exposure beyond the product’s rated environmental specifications
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Filing a Warranty Claim

If you believe your AED unit has a warranty-covered defect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll coordinate with the manufacturer and arrange a repair or replacement, typically within 5–10 business days.
